BRITISH SS MI5 MONEY POWER RACKET
I Hereby Resign in Protest Effective Immediately
By Brandon Toy July 16, 2013 "Information Clearing House - I hereby resign in protest effective immediately.
I have served the post-911 Military Industrial complex for 10 years, first as a soldier in Baghdad, and now as a defense contractor.
At the time of my enlistment, I believed in the cause. I was ignorant, naïve, and misled. The narrative, professed by the state, and echoed by the mainstream press, has proven false and criminal. We have become what I thought we were fighting against.
Recent revelations by fearless journalists of war crimes including counterinsurgency “dirty” wars, drone terrorism, the suspension of due process, torture, mass surveillance, and widespread regulatory capture have shed light on the true nature of the current US Government. I encourage you to read more about these topics at the links I have provided below.
Some will say that I am being irresponsible, impractical, and irrational. Others will insist that I am crazy. I have come to believe that the true insanity is doing nothing. As long as we sit in comfort, turning a blind eye to the injustices of the world, nothing will change. It is even worse to play an active part, protesting all along that I am not the true criminal.
I was only a foot soldier, and am now a low level clerk. However, I have always believed that if every foot soldier threw down his rifle war would end. I hereby throw mine down.
Sincerely,
Brandon M. Toy

How to Be a Rogue Superpower
A Manual for the Twenty-First Century
By Tom Engelhardt
A Manual for the Twenty-First Century
By Tom Engelhardt
It’s hard even to know how to take it in. I mean, what’s really happening? An employee of a private contractor working for the National Security Agency makes off with unknown numbers of files about America’s developing global security state on a thumb drive and four laptop computers, and jumps the nearest plane to Hong Kong. His goal: to expose a vast surveillance structure built in the shadows in the post-9/11 years and significantly aimed at Americans. He leaks some of the documents to a columnist at the British Guardian and to the Washington Post. The response is unprecedented: an “international manhunt” (or more politely but less accurately, “a diplomatic full court press”) conducted not by Interpol or the United Nations but by the planet’s sole superpower, the very government whose practices the leaker was so intent on exposing.
And that’s just for starters. Let’s add another factor. The leaker, a young man with great techno-savvy, lets the world know that he’s picked and chosen among the NSA files in his possession. He’s releasing only those he thinks the American public needs in order to start a full-scale debate about the unprecedented secret world of surveillance that their taxpayer dollars have created. In other words, this is no “document dump.” He wants to spark change without doing harm.
But here’s the kicker: he couldn’t be more aware of previous whistleblower cases, the punitive reaction of his government to them, and the fate that might be his. As a result, we now know, he has encrypted the full set of files in his possession and left them in one or more safe places for unknown individuals -- that is, we don’t know who they are -- to access, should he be taken by the U.S.
In other words, from the time Edward Snowden’s first leaked documents came out, it was obvious that he was in control of how much of the NSA’s secret world would be seen. It would be hard then not to conclude that capturing him, imprisoning him, trying him, and throwing away the key is likely to increase, not decrease, the flow of those documents. Knowing that, the Obama administration and the representatives of our secret world went after him anyway -- after one man on a global scale and in a way that may not have a precedent. No thought of future embarrassment stopped them, nor, it seems, did they hesitate because of possible resentments engendered by their heavy-handed pressure on numerous foreign governments.
The result has been a global spectacle, as well as a worldwide debate about the spying practices of the U.S. (and its allies). In these weeks, Washington has proven determined, vengeful, implacable. It has strong-armed, threatened, and elbowed powers large and small. It has essentially pledged that the leaker, former Booz Allen employee Edward Snowden, will never be safe on this planet in his lifetime. And yet, to mention the obvious, the greatest power on Earth has, as yet, failed to get its man and is losing the public opinion battle globally.
An Asylum-less World
Highlighted in all this has been a curious fact of our twenty-first-century world. In the Cold War years, asylum was always potentially available. If you opposed one of the two superpowers or its allies, the other was usually ready to open its arms to you, as the U.S. famously did for what were once called “Soviet dissidents” in great numbers. The Soviets did the same for Americans, Brits, and others, often secret communists, sometimes actual spies, who opposed the leading capitalist power and its global order.
Today, if you are a twenty-first-century “dissident” and need asylum/protection from the only superpower left, there is essentially none to be had. Even after three Latin American countries, enraged at Washington's actions, extended offers of protection to Snowden, these should be treated as a new category of limited asylum. After all, the greatest power on the planet has, since 9/11, shown itself perfectly willing to do almost anything in pursuit of its definition of “security” or the security of its security system. Torture, abuse, the setting up of secret prisons or “black sites,” the kidnapping of terrorist suspects (including perfectly innocent people) off the streets of global cities and in the backlands of the planet, as well as their “rendition” to the torture chambers of complicit allied regimes, and the secret surveillance of anyone anywhere would only start a far longer list.
Nothing about the “international manhunt” for Snowden indicates that the Obama administration would be unwilling to send in the CIA or special operations types to “render” him from Venezuela, Bolivia, or Nicaragua, no matter the cost to hemispheric relations. Snowden himself brought up this possibility in his first interview with Guardian columnist Glenn Greenwald. “I could,” he said bluntly, “be rendered by the CIA.” This assumes that he can even make it to a land of exile from somewhere in the bowels of the international terminal of Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport without being intercepted by Washington.
It’s true that there remain some modest limits on the actions even of a rogue superpower. It’s hard to imagine Washington dropping its kidnappers into Russia or China to take Snowden, which is perhaps why it has put such pressure on both countries to turn him in or hustle him along. With smaller, weaker lands, however, non-nuclear allies or enemies or frenemies, don’t doubt the possibility for a second.
If Edward Snowden is proving one thing, it’s this: in 2013, Planet Earth isn’t big enough to protect the American version of “dissidents.” Instead, it looks ever more like a giant prison with a single implacable policeman, judge, jury, and jailer.
Deterrence Theory the Second Time Around
In the Cold War years, the two nuclear-armed superpowers practiced what was called “deterrence theory,” or more aptly MAD, short for “mutually assured destruction.” Think of it as the particularly grim underside of what might have been but wasn’t called MAA (mutually assured asylum). The knowledge that no nuclear first strike by one superpower could succeed in preventing the other from striking back with overwhelming force, destroying them both (and possibly the planet) seemed, however barely, to hold their enmity and weaponry at bay. It forced them to fight their wars, often by proxy, on the global frontiers of empire.
Now, with but one superpower left, another kind of deterrence theory has come into play. Crucial to our era is the ongoing creation of the first global surveillance state. In the Obama years, the sole superpower has put special effort into deterring anyone in its labyrinthine bureaucracy who shows a desire to let us know what “our” government is doing in our name.
The Obama administration’s efforts to stop whistleblowers are becoming legendary. It has launched anunprecedented program to specially train millions of employees and contractors to profile coworkers for “indicators of insider threat behavior.” They are being encouraged to inform on any “high-risk persons” they suspect might be planning to go public. Administration officials have also put much punitive energyinto making examples out of whistleblowers who have tried to reveal anything of the inner workings of the national security complex.
In this way, the Obama administration has more than doubled the total whistleblower prosecutions of all previous administrations combined under the draconian World War I-era Espionage Act. It has also gone after Army Private Bradley Manning for releasing secret military and State Department files to WikiLeaks, not only attempting to put him away for life for “aiding the enemy,” but subjecting him to particularly vindictive and abusive treatment while in military prison. In addition, it has threatened journalists who have written on or published leaked material and gone on expeditions into the telephone and email recordsof major media organizations.
All of this adds up to a new version of deterrence thinking in which a potential whistleblower should know that he or she will experience a lifetime of suffering for leaking anything; in which those, even in the highest reaches of government, who consider speaking to journalists on classified subjects should know that their calls could be monitored and their whispers criminalized; and in which the media should know that reporting on such subjects is not a healthy activity.
This sort of deterrence already seemed increasingly extreme in nature; the response to Snowden's revelations took it to a new level. Though the U.S. government pursued WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange abroad (while reportedly preparing to indict him at home), the other whistleblower cases might all be considered national security ones. The manhunt against Snowden is something new. Through it, Washington is now punitively expanding twenty-first century deterrence theory to the world.
The message is this: nowhere will you be safe from us if you breach U.S. secrecy. Snowden’s will surely be a case study in how far the new global security state is willing to go. And the answer is already in: far indeed. We just don’t yet know exactly how far.
How to Down a Plane to (Not) Catch a Whistleblower
In this light, no incident has been more revealing than the downing of the plane of Bolivian President Evo Morales, the democratically elected head of a sovereign Latin American nation, and not an official enemy of the United States. Angry Bolivian authorities termed it a "kidnapping" or "imperialist hijack." It was, at the least, an act for which it’s hard to imagine a precedent.
Evidently officials in Washington believed that the plane bringing the Bolivian president back from Moscow was also carrying Snowden. As a result, the U.S. seems to have put enough pressure on four European countries (France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy) to force that plane to land for refueling in a fifth country (Austria). There -- again, U.S. pressure seems to have been the crucial factor -- it was searched under disputed circumstances and Snowden not found.
So much is not known about what happened, in part because there has been no serious reporting from Washington on the subject. The U.S. media has largely ignored the American role in the downing of the plane, an incident regularly described here as if the obvious hadn’t happened. This may, at least in part, be the result of the Obama administration’s implacable pursuit of whistleblowers and leakers right into the phone records of reporters. The government has made such a point of its willingness to pursue whistleblowers via journalists that, as Associated Press President Gary Pruitt recently pointed out, national security sources are drying up. Key figures in Washington are scared to talk even off the record (now that “off” turns out to be potentially very “on”). And the Justice Department’s new "tighter" guildelines for accessing reporters’ records are clearly filled with loopholes and undoubtedly little more than window dressing.
Still, it’s reasonable to imagine that when Morales's plane took off from Moscow there were top U.S. officials gathered in a situation room (à la the bin Laden affair), that the president was in the loop, and that the intelligence people said something like: we have an 85% certainty that Snowden is on that plane. Obviously, the decision was made to bring it down and enough pressure was placed on key officials in those five countries to cause them to bow to Washington's will.
One can certainly imagine that, but know it? At the moment, not a chance and, unlike in the raid that killed bin Laden, a triumphant situation-room photo hasn't been released, since there was, of course, no triumph. Many questions arise. Why, to mention just one, did Washington not allow Morales’s plane to land for refueling in Portugal, as originally planned, and simply strong-arm the Portuguese into searching it? As with so much else, we don’t know.
We only know that, to bring five countries into line that way, the pressure from Washington (or its local representatives) must have been intense. Put another way: key officials in those countries must have realized quickly that they stood in the way of a truly powerful urge by the planet's superpower to get one fugitive. It was an urge so strong that it overrode any other tactical considerations, and so opened the way for Venezuela, Bolivia, and Nicaragua to offer asylum to Snowden with the support of much of the rest of Latin America.
Imagine for a moment that an American president’s plane had been brought down in a similar fashion. Imagine that a consortium of nations pressured by, say, China or Russia, did it and that, with the president aboard, it was then searched for a Chinese or Soviet “dissident.” Imagine the reaction here. Imagine the shock. Imagine the accusations of “illegality,” of "skyjacking," of “international terrorism.” Imagine the 24/7 media coverage. Imagine the information pouring out of Washington about what would no doubt have been termed "an act of war."
Of course, such a scenario is inconceivable on this one-way planet. So instead, just think about the silence here over the Morales incident, the lack of coverage, the lack of reporting, the lack of outrage, the lack of shock, the lack of... well, just about anything at all.
Instead, the twenty-first-century version of deterrence theory ruled the day, even though Snowden is the proof that deterrence via manhunts, prosecution, imprisonment, and the like has proven ineffective when it comes to leaks. It’s worth pointing out that what may be the two largest leaks of official documents in history -- Bradley Manning’s and Snowden’s -- happened in a country increasingly under the sway of deterrence theory.
Slouching Toward Washington to Be Born
And yet don’t think that no one has been affected, no one intimidated. Consider, for instance, a superior piece of recent reporting by Eric Lichtblau of the New York Times. His front-page story, “In Secret, Court Vastly Broadens Powers of NSA,” might once have sent shock waves through Washington and perhaps the country as well. It did, after all, reveal how, in “more than a dozen classified rulings,” a secret FISA court, which oversees the American surveillance state, “has created a secret body of law” giving the NSA sweeping new powers.
Here’s the paragraph that should have had Americans jumping out of their skins (my italics added): “The 11-member Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, known as the FISA court, was once mostly focused on approving case-by-case wiretapping orders. But since major changes in legislation and greater judicial oversight of intelligence operations were instituted six years ago, it has quietly become almost a parallel Supreme Court, serving as the ultimate arbiter on surveillance issues and delivering opinions that will most likely shape intelligence practices for years to come, the officials said.”
At most moments in American history, the revelation that such a secret court, which never turns downgovernment requests, is making law “almost” at the level of the Supreme Court would surely have caused an outcry in Congress and elsewhere. However, there was none, a sign either of how powerful and intimidating the secret world has become or of how much Congress and the rest of Washington have already been absorbed into it.
No less strikingly -- and again, we know so little that it’s necessary to read between the lines -- Lichtblau indicates that more than six “current and former national security officials,” perhaps disturbed by the expanding powers of the FISA court, discussed its classified rulings "on the condition of anonymity.” Assumedly, at least one of them (or someone else) leaked the classified information about that court to him.
Fittingly enough, Lichtblau wrote a remarkably anonymous piece. Given that sources no longer have any assurance that phone and email records aren’t being or won't be monitored, we have no idea how these shadowy figures got in touch with him or vice versa. All we know is that, even when shining a powerful light into the darkness of the surveillance universe, American journalism now finds itself plunging into the shadows as well.
What both the Morales incident and the Lichtblau article tell us, and what we’ve barely taken in, is how our American world is changing. In the Cold War years, faced with a MAD world, both superpowers ventured “into the shadows” to duke it out in their global struggle. As in so many wars, sooner or later the methods used in distant lands came home to haunt us. In the twenty-first century, without another major power in sight, the remaining superpower has made those “shadows” its own in a big way. Just beyond the view of the rest of us, it began recreating its famed tripartite, checks-and-balances government, now more than two centuries old, in a new form. There, in those shadows, the executive, judicial, and legislative branches began to meld into a unicameral shadow government, part of a new architecture of control that has nothing to do with “of the people, by the people, for the people.”
Such a shadow government placing its trust in secret courts and the large-scale surveillance of populations, its own included, while pursuing its secret desires globally was just the sort of thing that the country’s founding fathers feared. In the end, it hardly matters under what label -- including American “safety” and “security” -- such a governing power is built; sooner or later, the architecture will determine the acts, and it will become more tyrannical at home and more extreme abroad. Welcome to the world of the single rogue superpower, and thank your lucky stars that Edward Snowden made the choices he did.
It’s eerie that some aspects of the totalitarian governments that went down for the count in the twentieth century are now being recreated in those shadows. There, an increasingly “totalistic” if not yet totalitarian beast, its hour come round at last, is slouching toward Washington to be born, while those who cared to shine a little light on the birth process are in jail or being hounded across this planet.
We have now experienced deterrence theory in two centuries. Once it was brought to bear to stop the wholesale destruction of the planet; once -- and they do say that if the first time is tragedy, the second is farce -- to deter a small number of whistleblowers from revealing the innards of our new global security state. We came close enough to total tragedy once. If only we could be assured that the second time around it would indeed be total farce, but at the moment, as far as I can tell, no one’s laughing.

IT'S BLACKMAIL STUPID !
Mayor of London Reveals MI5 Spies Recruit & Film VIP Paedophiles Raping Kids For Political Blackmail
I've known for some time of the allegations that Congress and Parliament is run by blackmailed politicians caught on film doing depraved sexual acts with children and whatever takes their fancy. This explains why politicians seem to be comfortable allowing places like Israel to bomb innocent civilians in Gaza and indeed Kay Griggs says exactly this in her testimony against her husband who was the Marine Corps Chief of Staff. Zionism and the unwavering support for Israel is at the heart of international political sexual blackmail.
The challenge with communicating the issue to time starved celebrity obsessed people is that it is more War & Peace than a corporately controlled newspaper headline. Most people don't have a hundred hours or so to look into how MI5 and the CIA recruit future politicians who are then encouraged to be in situations where they can subsequently be blackmailed.
Naturally this depraved mileiu is well represented in the mainstream (for-profit news) media by people like David Aaronovitch who is a repeated defender of both paedophiles and Zionism over at least a decade or so. It's natural to assume there must be something in it for him to be so comfortable with the obnoxious, the disgusting and the depraved. The alternative is he just feels at home with these issues.
The recording is only 30 seconds. Listen and wise up to why the planet is so dysfunctional. Cause and effect. Cause and effect. Cause and effect. It's science.
in a recent programme on RTE Ken Maginnis stated he met Margaret Thatcher after the IRA had killed eight British soldiers and she asked him who was responsible. The former UDR(local British army regiment ) major gave Thatcher the names of people he suspected were involved and just days afterwards those named, volunteers, brothers Gerard and Martin Harte along with Brian Mullin, were ambushed by the SAS.
This confession from the horse’s mouth, clearly demonstrates that the British government, along with the collusion of the Ulster Unionist party, were responsible for targeting and executing people. It also confirms what Irish republicans have been saying for years, that those at the highest levels of British government are involved in targeting an assassinating Irish republicans, solicitors and anyone else who challenge their occupation in Ireland without trial.
I believe it is reasonable to assume, that they continue to be involved in the targeting and internment of traditional Irish republicans like Martin Corey, for political internment without trial on the same vindictive basis, that John Downey is currently being held in England. With the reality of British Sinn Fein being part of the current politcal establishment in the one party executive at Stormont, it begs the question of their involvement in political internment.
The article above, is just part of the growing evidence, from the body politic of both the UK and US, revealing political blackmail, from the secret services, as the corporate leverage of power, in both illusionary democracies. The old adage, knowledge is power, with the extent of the NSA Prism programme and what the Brits have doing for years from Cheltenham amountin to politcal blackmail. Nowhere is this more evident than in the scum, sectarian, state of British Occupied Ireland with the MI5 groomed, mentored politicians of Sunningdale MK II.
The internment without trial,of innocent citizens as a tool of political fear and hostage taking is very much part of the Secret Service politics of blackmail and fear. Almost all of the leading political players both in the North and South of Ireland, are very much pawns of British SS Bullying which is Fascism not democracy enabled by censorship and the corporate presstitutes of media, such as the BBC paedophles.
PRISM & ‘Purity’: NSA Follows Nazi Tradition
By Max Keiser

July 09, 2013 "Information Clearing House - "RT"--- The NSA in America is following in the Nazi tradition in its attempt to discriminate based on data collection, modeled around their belief system - which justifies trashing the Constitution in pursuit of ‘pure’ data.
DNA is data. Thanks to the scientific work of Watson and Crick and their discovery of the double-helix and all its component parts in the DNA strands that make up all living cells, we know that humans are made up of data. To microbiologists and bio-engineers, this information means the development of drugs and treatments for illnesses - leading to more healthy, better lives.
For dystopian, nightmarish autocrats and megalomaniacs, data can be interpreted as a way to segregate populations based on outward traits such as skin color, physical appearance, family history and cultural affinities. The National Socialist Party in Germany back in the 1930s used this access and warehousing of data as the basis for their attempt to create a ‘pure’ race of people: unquestioning of authority, uniform in appearance - with homicidal and genocidal tendencies. They succeeded. Purity of data; mostly drawn from inferences from DNA data resulted in a singularly genocidal group of uniform-looking killers who lauded ‘pure’ DNA-types and went about exterminating the others (while transferring these fellow citizens’ wealth; the real reason behind the pogrom).
The NSA in America, similar to Nazi’s attempt to discriminate based on data collection, justifies trashing the Constitution in pursuit of ‘pure’ data. It's not about Aryan blood this time, but identifying pure, ‘patriots’ whose emails, data searches, emails, credit card charges, online chats, cell phone chats, physical mail (being photographed), fingerprints, and blood samples must pass through data-mining's ‘Big Data’ purity analyzer to make certain that every American - no, correct that, everyone on Earth who interacts digitally - is pure of heart and spirit (read: willing to shop themselves to death). All dissenters will be arrested. All assemblies will be broken up. All attempts at nonconformity will be met with harsh prison sentences.
If America’s ‘Big Data’ is new Nazism, who are the scapegoats?
The scapegoats being marked for death and imprisoned this time are the poor. Back in Hitler’s day, the rich were targeted; their wealth stolen and the lives snuffed out, but this time it’s the poor who are being sent to the Gulag.
The top 1 Basis Point (formally known as the top 1 percent - but that included too much riff raff, so now it's the top 1/100th of 1 percent or ‘basis point’) needs to keep their Ponzi scheme of inflating worthless bonds higher, by ‘front running’ markets and creating a blitzkrieg of ‘Weapons of Mass Financial Destruction’ using data-intensive algorithms.
The Data Death Machines are running at the speed of HFT (High Frequency Trading) bots; billions of transactions a second to keep the flow of money flowing from billions to the rent-seeking neo-Nazis who run the four biggest banks in the UK (the global center of accounting fraud and market manipulation) and other banks in New York, Paris and Frankfurt.
Will the resistance succeed in beating the new data Nazis? People in Brazil, Egypt, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus and cities all over the world are rising up against their data oppressors. Edward Snowden has emerged as a new global hero, along with WikiLeaks and Glenn Greenwald; men who embody the spirit of the founders of the United States of America (going back 200 years) when individual freedom and transparency were still considered valuable commodities.
Will the data-Nazis be defeated by Russia in the way Russia beat the Nazis back in World War II? Where is the new Stalingrad? Carrying through with this analogy we should look to data autocrats like Oracle, Google, Facebook and the big phone companies around the world as the new axis powers that need to be defeated in this new war of privacy vs. tyranny.

SS UK SPYCATCHER BOMBSHELL British Occupied Ireland
| John McAnulty One word kept coming to the fore in press reports when the Stevens report into collusion between British state forces and Loyalist death squads was released. That word was astounding. The report was in fact astounding in all sorts of directions and dimensions. It was astounding to have a representative of the British state openly admit the involvement of state forces in the sectarian murder of Catholic civilians. It was astounding to have an open admission of the involvement of state forces in the murder of human rights lawyer Pat Finucane – an officer of their own court system. It was astounding to have the British state openly admit the involvement of a senior member of the British Government of the time – Douglas Hogg – in smearing Finucane and other lawyers representing republican prisoners. Even more astounding was the frank admission that elements of the local police – the RUC – and British army undertook a campaign of intimidation against the investigating team – including an arson attack on an office which successfully destroyed many files. But there are other elements that make all that went before pale into insignificance. The first is the idea that we have seen the Stevens report. Only 19 pages – just over 1 for each of the 13 years of the investigation – have been released. The thousands of pages of the real report are to be buried in the innermost chambers of the state. Only 2 deaths out of thousands – that of Pat Finucane and Brian Lambert (a Protestant student mistaken for a Catholic) are dealt with. The solution, according to Stevens, is a managerial one. Simply a change of structures and better record-keeping will bring to an end decades when the British tore up any pretence of legitimacy, unleashed the worst forms of state terror and fed lifeblood to the Frankenstein monster of the Loyalist death squads In fact the Stevens statement is a whitewash, immediately dismissed by the Finucane family. Hanging over Steven’s shoulder is the memory of John Stalker, the last British Police officer to investigate state crime in Ireland. He became the object of a criminal investigation and retired under a cloud. The Stevens team operate with a clear understanding of the constraints on them. One reason for the detail on the Finucane killing is that The evidence of state collusion is overwhelming. The majority of those involved in the planning and execution of the crime were in the pay of the British and a number have made public confessions of their role. Two of the most prominent figures died recently. William Stobie was killed by the loyalist gangs and Brian Nelson, who oversaw the murder of countless Catholics while employed by the state, died of apparently natural causes while in hiding under state protection. Stevens’ thesis is that this was a problem of out-of control agents and their handlers. The solution was better management, communication and record-keeping. A few middle-ranking officers should possibly be the subject of criminal investigation that would predictably go nowhere. With the RUC’s name changed to the PSNI (Police Service of Northern Ireland) all would be well. This nowhere corresponds to the facts. The sectarian killings were all of a piece with a state ‘shoot to kill’ policy, torture (which British cabinet documents released after 30 years, recently revealed to have been government policy), the Belfast and Derry Pogroms, led by state forces, which unleashed the present troubles, internment, Bloody Sunday, emergency powers and no-jury courts. The report does not correspond to Irish history either. That history is of British determination to protect their interests in Ireland, of setting up a grubby sectarian state to divide the Irish working class and of regularly unleashing sectarian gangs on the Catholic population – in fact for most of the history of the partitioned northern state the gangs wore state uniforms as ‘B’ and ‘C’ special constables. The publication of the report poses a number of difficulties for the British. Nationalist workers will not accept Steven’s fairy tales that this is a problem of a past time. They know that a more recent murder, that of human rights lawyer Rosemary Nelson, was the result of collusion and that investigators complained that the RUC members questioned about this killing were uncooperative, drunk and threatening. They know that there is continuing collusion to placate and buy off Loyalist factions. This makes the idea that the Good Friday agreement should be redrawn to demand the disbandment of the IRA highly unpopular. A further problem is the sectarian reaction of Unionism. David Trimble, the unionist leader who collapsed the local Stormont administration on mere suspicion of IRA intelligence activity, sees no crisis in the findings of collusion in sectarian murder – it can be dealt with by a parliamentary sub-committee. A close associate of Trimbles, Ken Maginnis, repeats the charge that the dead Finucane was an IRA associate and, in language reminiscent of the American deep South and the ‘uppitty nigra’ accused Finucane of being too prominent and ‘drawing attention to himself’. The problem here is that the British solution to the Irish problem is that these bigots return to coalition with Sinn Fein. It really is difficult to see any scale of republican surrender that would make this a stable solution. There is however a problem of response. The Finucane family have called for a public inquiry. They are aware of the danger of further whitewash reports and call for international figures to be involved. In the past the demand for inquiry has been a favoured demand of the Irish bourgeoisie as a method of ‘closure’ that would firmly push all sorts of unpleasant questions into the past. It’s high point was British agreement to a judicial inquiry into Bloody Sunday led by Lord Saville. It has become clear that the most likely outcome is yet another blurring of what was a pretty straightforward massacre of civilians, witnessed by thousands including TV and print journalists. Very recently Saville has indicated that he will give exception to state witnesses where intelligence issues are involved – something that would make a judicial inquiry meaningless. The Irish Bourgeoisie have now pulled back. Dennis Bradley, a former priest, now a leader of the police authority and one of the architects of Republican involvement in the Good Friday agreement, now argues against further inquiry. However there is a left critique also– that further inquiry which leads to further whitewash will simply demoralise. What is key is that we demand that responsibility rest at the top of the chain of command, with the British Government. We should also recognise the central illusion of the Good Friday agreement –that Britain means well in Ireland – has been exposed for those that care to notice. British killing in Ireland will stop when Britain leaves Ireland. Note: members of 1st para now hold leadership of British forces in Iraq where they have repeated their methods in Derry on a bigger scale. |

UK SS SHE WOLF JACKBOOT TRAMPLES HUMAN RIGHTS MARTIN COREY
"Secret police (sometimes political police) are intelligence agencies and or police agency, law enforcement office which operates in secrecy and also quite often beyond the law to protect the political power of an individual dictator or an authoritarian political regime.
”Instead of transparently enforcing the rule of law and being subject to public scrutiny as ordinary police agencies do, secret police organisations are specifically intended to operate beyond and above the law in order to suppress political dissent through clandestine acts of terror and intimidation targeted against political enemies of the ruling authority. ”Secret police are notorious for raiding homes between midnight and dawn, to apprehend people suspected of dissent. ”People apprehended by the secret police are often arbitrarily arrested and detained without due process."This description sounds very familiar in the context of the Occupied Six Counties currently under British Occupation in Ireland. Familiar today and not 30 or 40 years ago.
The internment of Martin Corey strikes at the very heart of democracy and the right to a fair trial. Martin cannot expect a charge never mind a trial. The British government have removed a man from his home and family, without giving him the right to know why. Because they have given no evidence against him, Martin has no chance to challenge his internment. Martin has simply disappeared and it would seem the general public and media are content to allow this to happen.
Although We know where Martin is, he has for all intents and purposes simply disappeared , Disappeared from his home with no charge, locked in a prison cell and told he is there due to Secret Evidence. Of course in the western world he is entitled to object to this through the courts, when he did just that a Judge ruled that he should be released as his continued internment was a breach of his human rights.
The Secret Police and those who control them stepped in and ordered that he remain in jail, overstepping the rule of the Courts and removing any illusion of due process. What more evidence therefore do we need that the British Government is running a Secret Police force in Ireland to quell political dissent?
The use of secret evidence, a secret police and shady dealings going on between the British Government and the judiciary should be enough for any citizen to publicly question what is going on.
It is now time that the media investigated what IS going on, that those concerned with human rights issues and all citizens demand an explanation as to why a 62-year old man was taken from his home and incarcerated due to secret evidence that we cannot see. I question the secret evidence, is there evidence at all? Or is this a well rehearsed ploy to stifle political dissent?
Demand the release of Martin Corey, do not allow this inhumanity to continue.
By Cáit Trainor, of the Release Martin Corey Committee.

KNOCK ON THE DOOR IN NAZI SS BRITISH OCCUPIED IRELAND
A knock on the door! In the early hours of the morning. A splintered lock and armed men break into your home. They are military and police. You are dragged from your bed. Jail or internment camp? No charge. No trial. This has been the pattern in Ireland, North and South, for more than 100 years and despite a so called peace process it still goes on in British Occupied Ireland.
It is the story of internment; of the thousands of Irishmen and Irishwomen, who are subjected to it with the brutality and the politics of it all. From Frongoch, to Long Kesh, to Mountjoy, to the Curragh, to Portlaoise, to present day Maghaberry and 63 year old Martin Corey now interned 3 years without trial, charge or being informed of the length of internment.
Martin is one of the better know native Irish, interned in every generation, since the foundation of the scum state of British Occupied Ireland, created by Britain, strictly on a sectarian headcount, within the island of Ireland, after 800 years of brutal colonization, on the basis of their worldwide colonial invasions and rule with their divide and conquer policies.

The Knock on the Door
In many a time, in many a land,
With many a gun in many a hand,
They came by the night, they came by the day,
They came with their guns to take us away,
With their knock on the door, knock on the door,
Here they come to take one more.
With many a gun in many a hand,
They came by the night, they came by the day,
They came with their guns to take us away,
With their knock on the door, knock on the door,
Here they come to take one more.
Look over the oceans, look over the lands,
Look over the leaders with blood on their hands,
And open your eyes and see what they do,
When they knock over there friend, they're knocking for you,
With their knock on the door, knock on the door,
Here they come to take one more.
Look over the leaders with blood on their hands,
And open your eyes and see what they do,
When they knock over there friend, they're knocking for you,
With their knock on the door, knock on the door,
Here they come to take one more.

Release Martin Corey
Imagine if you will, being taken from your home, without a reason or charge, by paramilitary police, who regularly collude in the murder of lawyers and journalists. You are then imprisoned for three years, without being told, how long you will remain kidnapped, by these scum state thugs.
When a judge is informed about the details of your kidnap, he orders your immediate release. You are taken to the front gate to be released, where you are about to embrace your loved ones, when another dictatorial order, from an unelected English Viceroyal, who inherited her appointed position, from her great, great grandfather, who disappeared millions of your people in a holocaust, orders your kidnap perhaps for the rest of your life, again.
Is this mental torture ? Is this a breach of your human rights. In the instance of Martin Corey, bearing in mind the trauma and his elderly 63 years, it may well be in fact a death sentence, with the history of considerable torture, suffered previously by Martin, at the hands, boots and batons of sectarian state kidnappers who imprison you. The last time Britain introduced internment without trial in the early 1970's, Britain was found guilty by the European Court of Human Rights of torture, when Martin Corey was also battered and tortured, at that time.
Now 40 years later, they are torturing him again, refusing dental treatment for weeks on end of agony, while his handicraft wooden work, is smashed by sectarian prison guards. How then can there be peace, with such injustice in British Occupied Ireland? How can the Peace Process work, with the British Tories systematically undermining and breaching it?
With British internment without trial last time, the Nationalist Constitutional Party of the SDLP, was forced to withdraw from a parliament, dubbed by their arrogant scum state establishment, as a Protestant Parliament for Protestant people. How then can a supposed Irish Republican Party, now stay in the very same Parliament, even when their own peace loving members, the latest being John Downey, are also being imprisoned for activity, part of the settlement, long before the Agreement.
The internment of Marian Price, like the internment of Martin Corey, demonstrated further divisions in the criminal justice system in British Occupied Ireland, following the devolution of policing and the criminal justice framework agreed, after the Hillsborough Agreement of 2010, which was all part of the Peace Process.
Marian's case demonstrated the ongoing, all embracing, dictatorial power, of the English Viceroyal for British Occupied Ireland, in matters of social control and in controversial internment cases, such as Martin Corey. The reliance by the British on closed material procedures, in alleged terrorist cases, is simply internment without trial and of particular concern to human rights groups, in that the Parole Commissioners, are not members of an independent judiciary in British Occupied Ireland, but are in fact British appointed officers, who were the internment agents, determining the conditions in the first instance.
The role of the Parole Commissioners in Marian and Martin's case and their lack of accountability and authority, should have been put to the scrutiny of the Political Stormont Assembly Justice Committee of the Peace Process a long time ago. The Parole Commissioners in effect gave authority to the decision of judges made years ago, that Marian Price and Martin Corey should be released on bail pending investigations of the PSNI.
It was these decision that the the Viceroyal for British Occupied Ireland ignored, in evoking dictatorial powers, in relation to categories of individuals released or interned under cover of licence, thereby directly interfering with the independence of the judiciary of British Occupied Ireland, who ruled years ago, that both Marian and Martin Corey should be released.
The powers that could have released Marian Price on compassionate grounds, were not exercised or supported by the supposed Minister of Justice, who misled the Stormont Assembly and the public, after being bullied by MI5 and sectarian power brokers in the Assembly.
David Ford therefore exacerbated the medical and psychological conditions of both Marion Price and the elderly Martin Corey, as their internment was illegally prolonged, without charge or a time frame, which after three years in Martin Corey's instance, is mental torture and a blatant breach of his human rights, even by the tinpot dictatorial standards of Viceroyal kidnap, in British Occupied Ireland.
Martin Corey is a fragile old man, who did his bit for his country years ago, like our recently deceased Ruairí Ó Brádaigh. He is a patriot in every sense of the word, of war that had a peace Agreement which the British signed. Only someone acquainted with the extreme sectarianism around Portadown and Lurgan, would understand Martin's heroic, selfless defence of his community, threatened with extinction like the destruction of Bombay Street 40 years ago.
Martin in his old age, deserves respect, along with the peace and justice he craves for his community threatened with extinction, by the very same discredited forces of the disbanded RUC, that he guarded with his life, so zealously and paid so dearly, with 22 long years of imprisonment, torture and abuse by the British regime, found guilty at the European Court. of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
Enough is enough, the supremacist British Tories and their sectarian, fascist Orange Order prison regime, have had their pound of flesh, many times over with Martin already. Before the funeral of Ruairí Ó Brádaigh last week, Martin spent 19 years, before being interned for the last three years, lovingly, hand carving a Celtic cross, as a mark of the esteem, which he held Ruairi, during those long years of hardship.
The photo of this presentation to Ruairí, is the only possible flimsy evidence of Martin engaged in anything remotely political. I am asking all people with compassion, across the sectarian divide, who have respect for their elders, a sense of fairplay and international standards of justice, to campaign on twitter and facebook internationally for Martin Corey. Campaign to Release Martin Corey. Do it for a lasting Peace with Justice in ireland.

Habeas corpus and trial by jury are the supreme protection of ordinary people from the state. The power of the state casting a man into prison without formulating charge or deny him judgment by his peers is the odious foundation of totalitarian governments.
To be precise Winston Churchill wrote: “The power of the Executive to cast a man into prison without formulating any charge known to the law and particularly to deny him the judgement of his peers is in the highest degree odious and is the foundation of all totalitarian government whether Nazi or Communist.”
To be further precise, Winston who defeated the Nazi's, I am sure would also agree, that whatever else, neither the Tories or the Orange order can be accused of being communists, so by the very own standards, of their greatest leader, they are most definitively NAZI.
Her Majesty's working class 'commoners' would do well also, to remember the words of the German anti-Nazi theologian Martin Niemöller: "First they came for the communists, and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a communist. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a trade unionist. Then they came for the Jews,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a Jew.
“Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak out for me”
The action of the unelected British Viceroyal and the Government’s Office in overturning a decision of the Belfast High Court, to release veteran Republican Martin Corey, confirms the default position of the British, Peace Process or not, when dealing with Irish working class, as unadulterated, naked, bloody repression.
All the lofty talk of the rule of British law, upon which the British Monarchial state is supposedly based, counts for nothing, when it comes to dealing with those in British Occupied Ireland or elsewhere, whose only "crime’ is to seek self determination for their respective communities or nations.
In Martin Corey's case, the British state has dumped their 800 year old Magna Carta, their Habeas Corpus from the time of their own King John, and courts of a fair and transparent trial, in order to block the release of a traditional Irish Republican, without a shred of credible evidence for "the judgement of his peers" to quote Churchill again.
The political internment of Martin Corey has lifted the veil of secrecy, on the rotten nature, of the scum state of British Occupied Ireland by the standards of any objective, civilized, international observer.
The British repression and brutality visited on Martin Corey, constitutes not only an attack on Martin’s human rights, not only an attack on the human and civil rights of people in British Occupied Ireland but an attack on all ordinary people, referred to as commoners, by their medieval Monarchy, not modern day citizens.
The apologists for sectarian Stormont and the political power sharing arrangements, propagating the illusion, that everything is normal, speak of a new ‘human rights’ regime, with new policing and justice standards. On the day of the recent release, of the interned Marian Price, the President of Provisional Sinn Fein, a principal partner in the power sharing British regime, Gerry Adams himself said, “The logic of today’s release is that Martin Corey should also be freed.”
Now Mr Adams, with all due respect to the part your party played, in the release of Marian Price, after three long years of internment without public charge, reason or time frame, in the instance of 63 year old Martin Corey, there comes a time to walk the talk, to take responsibility as in even the most pretentious democracy.
You sold the Peace Process on a power sharing basis to your movement. I and others like me were willing to give you the benefit of considerable doubt, for the sake of peace. Your Nationalist predecessor the non republican SDLP, walked out of the Stormont parliament, with the introduction of internment without trial 40 years ago, while you own peace loving comrades are still being jailed, while the British are consistently breaking the terms of the peace process.
Enough is enough. You do have the power, mandated to you originally, by the hard work, hardship and commitment of FORMER political activists, like Martin Corey. You are obliged by principles of the 'Irish Republican Movement' from which you originate and derive your power originally, to use that power to dismantle what even the English Tory Churchill referred to as: “The power of the Executive to cast a man into prison without formulating any charge known to the law and particularly to deny him the judgement of his peers is in the highest degree odious and is the foundation of all totalitarian government whether Nazi or Communist.”
Mr Adam's, strip away the spin and dross of the current Tory dismantled and discredited 'peace process', the reality of what remains, is the same discredited, sectarian, undemocratic, colonial scum state, with its speclal courts of repression, special laws of repression and a still colonial police force of the RUC/PSNI, to politically police the dictat of a Monarchial tin-pot dictator. Nothing has changed in terms of the repression of the British Crown towards the native Irish people of British Occupied Ireland ask Martin's neighbours.
With a heavy and reluctant heart, I have to report nothing has changed within the British Sectarian Stormont parliament, in the cozy relationship of Britain and it's well oiled middle class career politicians, despite the odd outburst of electioneering bluster, chasing the Queen's shilling, at the expense the of the people of no property, such as the politically interned Martin Corey.
As a former chairperson of Newry Sinn Fein, I'm calling you out Comrade Adams. Be a man, take responsibility, instruct you party to exercise their political mandate, like the SDLP did all those years ago, and inform the Tories of your party's intention, to withdraw from the British parliament of Stormont, until their odious internment without trial, of ordinary Irish people is finished once and for all.

The Cause of Ireland is the Cause of Labour - James Connolly
If I simply wanted votes, i would be still in Provisional Sinn Fein but you see i am not a careerist politician. I am not sure you noticed but this thread is not about me, it's about Martin Corey who doesn't have a life right now, because imperialists, or to be more accurate, uncivilized pirates, who learned their trade from the Roman Empire, invaded his community and he was unselish enough 40 years ago, to defend that community.
Martin was neither charged or given reason or trial as in a civilized country and his life of freedom has been being taken away from him. His local lawyer Rosemary Nelson, who would normally defend him, was murdered by the same state imperialist British forces, but then he wasn't even given a trial. He therefore has to go to the European Court of Human Rights, where Britain was already found guilty o f torture of Martin's comrades, interned 4o years ago, to try get justice.
The lawyer Pat Finucan, who was an expert on European Law in Belfast, was also murdered by British state forces. Now that doesn't leave Martin with many options, other than to plead his case with the public despite considerable British censorship but then Martin's local journalist was also murdered by British state forces, that's why I am here ,trying to do the best I can, as a citizen(not commoner) journalist.
Seeing as you learned your craft from Imperial Rome and bearing in mind your good name, Mr. Ivor Bigun, I have a friend who is wondering if you knew this fellow dinosaur in the video below? With regard to getting a life , I already got one, a very good one, thank you, you see I am a freeman. Life is short Ivor and we pass this way but once, everything after that for me at this stage, is a bonus but community like life, is bigger than the self, as you will no doubt learn one day, when life puts manners on you as it does with us all, ask Maggie Thatcher, who said their is no such thing as community.

The town of Lurgan and the associated towns of Portadown and Craigavon, make up part of what has been known as the "murder triangle"; an area known for a significant number of state sponsored sectarian murders and reactionary defensive fatalities, during 'The Troubles.' Lurgan still is one of the areas in British Occupied Ireland, where traditional republicans have considerable levels of support. The legacy of the latest 'Troubles' is an extension of the ongoing British mentored Loyalist sectarianism, against the native Irish population, which sometimes erupts into violence at 'interface areas.'
At the early part of the 70's, the British were sponsoring, over a hundred heavily armed local British soldiers, along with scores of British paramilitary police, in an area known as 'The Murder Triangle', to regularly murder local nationalists, many of them totally innocent of any political activity, in a campaign of repressive fear oppression and ethnic cleansing. One of the first inquiries to shed light on this form of intelligence-led policing and fear based ethnic cleansing, was the Stalker Inquiry.
John Stalker an honest English policeman, was asked in May 1984 to investigate six deaths at the hands of the RUC in three separate incidents in 1982. Before he had completed his investigation this honest policeman from Manchester, was removed from the inquiry and suspended from his post in the Greater Manchester Police (GMP) on suspicion of associating with known criminals in Manchester. He was later cleared and reinstated but retired within a few months, the damage to the investigation was done.
In his book on the affair, John Stalker, gives his impression of RUC Special Branch after investigating two of the incidents. The Special Branch targeted the suspected terrorist, they briefed the officers, and after the shootings, they removed the men, cars and guns for a private de-briefing before CID officers were allowed any access to these crucial matters. They provided the cover stories, and they decided at what point the CID were to be allowed, to commence the official investigation of what had occurred. The Special Branch interpreted the information and decided what was, or was not, evidence. "I had never experienced, nor had any of my team, such an influence, over an entire police force by one small section".
He described at length the way the Special Branch and MI5 gave him the run-around and refused to give him vital information. He had discovered that in one of the incidents, in which two people had been shot in a hayshed, the building had been bugged by MI5. He had requested access to the tape and the file of the informant who had been involved in this and one of the other incidents.
Some six months after first requesting the tape, he was told that it no longer existed, but he could have the transcript provided he signed a secrecy form. He refused so Special Branch and MI5 did not allow an independent police investigator access to crucial information. The protection of their informer took precedence over accountability and transparency. Stalker’s persistence had dire personal consequences. He was subsequently removed from the inquiry on carefully circulated lies. These are the same people to this day who decide who is interned without trial on the unreliable paid evidence of self serving informers. This is the secret SS scum state that interns Martin Corey today. To understand the 22 years spent behind bars by Martin Corey, we must understand this war on ordinary Irish people in their own land by British Imperialists.
In 1973 before Martin Corey served 22 years with regard to a shooting in defence of his community, a book entitled THE BLACK PAPER, Northern Ireland — The Story of the Police was published by the Central Citizens’ Defence Committee, Belfast. It sadly traces the attempt and breakdown of the reform of the police from the 1968 period onward. It concludes:
"All the wishing in the world will not achieve the impossible. There is no way out of this torturous dilemma but the more difficult way that must be faced up to sooner or later. Law and order will not return to British Occupied Ireland on any basis but one. It will have to be seen to apply equally and fairly, to everyone in the land, whatever their position, even if they wear a uniform or hold a seat in Parliament. Only when that is seen to be happening, will the laws gain the respect from the community upon which its validity rests. This respect had been lost in British Occupied Ireland. It must be regained and strengthened. When those who make the law, break the law, in the name of the law, there is no law."
The current use of internment without trial, secret evidence, secret trials, the primacy of secrecy around paid, informer's evidence and political policing, is certainly not the way to a lasting peace. Justice must not be just done, but must clearly seen to be done by all sections of the community. Anyone who ignore this reality, is a superficial careerist who is not genuinely interested in peace. It is the consistent position of traditional Irish republicans, that this is not possible within a scum state, within the small island of Ireland, created originally, strictly on the basis of a sectarian head count by the British to create division as in all of their colonies to justify their presence and maintain their self interests with exploitative supremacy.
